This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the execution of brand marketing strategies, encompassing analyst relations, industry accolades, public relations campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with external PR firms and internal partners to facilitate media outreach and nurture relationships with journalists and analysts.
• Oversee the calendar for award submissions, content development, and collaboration across teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, case studies, and brand narrative materials.
• Establish project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in partnership with stakeholders and the marketing teams.
• Create and monitor detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for brand marketing initiatives.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and address any obstacles that may arise.
• Coordinate input from design, content, digital, and product marketing teams across various functions.
• Maintain the global communications calendar in collaboration with Regional and Functional leaders.
• Act as the main contact for project updates among marketing leadership, PR agencies, and analyst organizations.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of PR, awards, and analyst relations efforts.
• Offer insights and recommendations to enhance future brand initiatives.
• Identify areas for process improvements in planning and execution.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of project management experience in brand marketing, PR, or communications.
• Solid understanding of public relations, analyst relations, and the awards process.
• Proven experience in managing agencies and external partners.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Capacity to balance strategic insight with impeccable execution.
• Proficient writing and editing skills to support PR and awards submissions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with media, analysts, and internal teams.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach.
