This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Supervise the execution of brand marketing strategies, which encompass analyst relations, industry awards, PR campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with external PR firms and internal stakeholders to facilitate media outreach and nurture relationships with journalists and analysts.
• Oversee the calendar for awards submissions, content generation, and contributions from various teams to ensure all deadlines are adhered to.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, case studies, and brand narrative materials.
• Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in partnership with stakeholders and marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for brand marketing activities.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and address project obstacles.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributions from design, content, digital, and product marketing teams.
• Keep the global communications calendar current, collaborating closely with Regional and Functional leaders.
• Act as the main point of contact for project updates among marketing leadership, PR agencies, and analyst firms.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of PR, awards, and analyst relations efforts.
• Offer insights and recommendations to enhance future brand initiatives.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements in planning and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in project management within brand marketing, PR, or communications.
• Strong knowledge of public relations, analyst relations, and awards procedures.
• Experience in managing agencies and external partnerships.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Capacity to balance strategic thinking with impeccable execution.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities to support PR and awards submissions.
• Relationship-oriented with media, analysts, and internal teams.
• Collaborative, flexible, and attentive to detail.
