Marketing Project Manager – Bilingual: English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring that milestones are achieved within set timelines.

• Collaborate with writers, designers, video editors, developers, leadership, and other stakeholders.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities proactively based on business requirements.

• Maintain project management tools, including tasks, timelines, statuses, documentation, and assignments.

• Provide daily updates on project status and communicate any obstacles and priorities to leadership.

• Identify workflow challenges and enhance internal processes and scalable systems.

• Ensure that deliverables adhere to quality standards prior to finalization.

• Organize timelines and establish structure for creative professionals.

• Proactively identify potential risks and resolve issues before they affect delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Traffic Manager, Operations Coordinator, Account Manager, or a similar role.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Proven experience collaborating with Marketing teams.

• Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar.

• Advanced skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to prioritize tasks independently without constant oversight.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.

• Quiet and professional workspace is necessary.

• Submission of a short introductory video is required as part of the hiring process.

• Nice-to-have: experience assisting marketing, creative, or advertising teams.

• Nice-to-have: knowledge of creative production workflows.

• Nice-to-have: experience with Mailchimp.

• Nice-to-have: basic understanding of video editing or creative production processes.

• Nice-to-have: experience working with remote distributed teams.
