This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Strategically oversee a blend of brand, media, creative, SEO, CRM, and consultative initiatives—firmly grounding decisions in well-defined goals and data-driven insights.
• Continuously monitor, assess, and enhance scopes and profitability, taking full responsibility for maintaining projects on track.
• Develop realistic timelines, secure necessary resources, and eliminate obstacles to enable team members to excel and advance.
• Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and updated through concise, direct communications that promote collaboration and trust.
• Advocate for efficient, high-quality production standards, guaranteeing that every deliverable fulfills VisionPoint’s commitment to simplifying clients’ lives.
• Conduct thorough post-project evaluations that empower teams to refine their solutions and innovate in upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with clients and the Enrollment Marketing Consultant to jointly define goals and success metrics, showcasing a solutions-oriented approach from initiation to completion.
• Manage daily communications—providing clear, empathetic guidance and establishing explicit expectations.
• Facilitate purposeful meetings with well-structured agendas, ensuring all participants leave with a clear understanding of the next impactful steps.
• Identify any changes in scope, budget, or timeline early on, clearly communicating impacts and suggesting growth-focused solutions to maintain momentum.
• Track progress against objectives, proactively adjusting efforts to ensure that work remains sharply focused on results that are significant to the client.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion and renewal by relating project successes to each client’s overarching goals, reinforcing VisionPoint’s position as their trusted partner in enrollment marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of project management and/or agency experience.
• Proficient in managing the complete life cycle of marketing and advertising projects and tracking KPIs such as margin and pace.
• Experienced in managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact.
• Familiarity with project management software(s).
• Capability to collaborate effectively and efficiently with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Ability to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled at identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and improved workflows.
• Passionate about digital marketing with an appreciation for quality creative work and results.
• Strong emphasis on client satisfaction and relationship management.
• Proven ability to drive project success while aligning with clients’ business objectives.
