This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Assume responsibility for overseeing the complete workflow for marketing design projects, from initial intake and scoping to delivery and launch.
• Clearly define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for designers.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to prioritize incoming requests, balancing urgency, impact, and available capacity.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify potential risks or obstacles.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects that are on scope and aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact between Marketing, Product, and Development to guarantee alignment on priorities and execution.
• Convert product and technical requirements into clear design and marketing briefs.
• Facilitate regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Oversee website launches and updates, coordinating design, content, and development changes.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage content updates across CMS, landing pages, and marketing platforms in collaboration with designers and developers.
• Develop and refine processes, templates, and tools to enhance efficiency and clarity within the marketing design workflow.
• Keep documentation for project tracking, status reporting, and post-launch reviews.
• Assist in the execution of campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading the launch of websites and digital products, with close collaboration with design and development teams.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a fully remote setting with global teams.
• A background in tech, finance, or infrastructure-related industries is advantageous.
• Fluency in Italian or Spanish is a plus.
