Marketing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of marketing projects from conception to delivery.

• Create detailed project plans that specify scope, objectives, timelines, and resource distribution.

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales, etc.) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure alignment and timely execution.

• Manage budgets, distribute resources, and monitor expenditures to guarantee cost efficiency.

• Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives.

• Conduct risk assessments and formulate mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

• Regularly update relevant stakeholders on project status, progress, and any potential issues.

• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and campaign objectives.

• Analyze project performance metrics, offering insights for ongoing improvement.

• Facilitate post-project evaluations to review outcomes and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in managing marketing projects or campaigns.

• Strong project management abilities with a knack for balancing multiple tasks and priorities.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.

• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.

• Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting for marketing projects.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage numerous stakeholders.

• PMP or a similar project management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
