Marketing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of designated client projects, ensuring that deliverables are achieved punctually, within the defined scope, and in alignment with approved strategies.

• Develop and manage project timelines, tasks, and dependencies utilizing project management software like Teamwork, ensuring that progress and deadlines are continuously monitored.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and delegate responsibilities across departments to sustain project momentum and clarity of ownership.

• Supervise time tracking, task completion, and project scope to ensure that projects stay within established parameters and maintain precise project records.

• Provide updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks to internal stakeholders through regular status reports and project meetings.

• Proactively identify risks related to timelines, changes in scope, or resource limitations, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project delivery and team capacity are preserved.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a project management position within a marketing agency, digital agency, or performance-oriented environment.

• Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent client projects, typically overseeing several active accounts at once.

• Expertise in project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or other similar platforms.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing project timelines, dependencies, and workloads.

• Knowledge of time tracking, scope monitoring, and documenting project updates and approvals.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to lead internal meetings and coordinate project updates effectively.
