Marketing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Overseeing daily project management for all active marketing initiatives.

• Assigning tasks and supervising the output of two marketing virtual assistants.

• Ensuring compliance routing — every piece of content requiring review is submitted punctually, to the appropriate contact, without any last-minute rush.

• Keeping an organized and up-to-date project tracker where each deliverable has an assigned status, owner, and due date.

• Conducting weekly syncs or live status updates to discuss what has been completed, what is currently in progress, and what is facing obstacles.

• Proactively identifying and escalating blockers and capacity challenges before they escalate into significant issues.

• Documenting procedures and standard operating protocols as the department expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing at least two remote contractors or employees, ensuring their output was under your responsibility.

• Proficiency with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar tools — you should not be learning this on the job.

• Previous experience in a compliance-related setting where content approval workflows are standard (preferably in financial services, legal, insurance, or healthcare).

• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in writing — your updates are specific, your requests have deadlines, and nothing is left ambiguous.

• Strong self-direction — you only manage up when absolutely necessary and you resolve issues before escalating them.
