This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending their business objectives, expectations, and marketing aims.
• Design and implement client success strategies and project plans that align with both company and campaign objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering regular updates, strategic advice, and continuous support.
• Oversee project planning, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and scope management.
• Track project performance against KPIs, ensuring that campaigns remain on schedule and yield measurable outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks, obstacles, or performance deficiencies and work with internal teams to devise solutions.
• Manage the execution of campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are timely and within budget.
• Present updates on campaigns, optimizations, and new opportunities to assist clients in maximizing their results.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance performance and fortify long-term partnerships.
• Conduct evaluations after projects to derive insights and continually enhance processes and results.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing project management within a dynamic, technology-oriented, or agency setting.
• Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns, which include email marketing and paid advertising (such as digital ads, social media, PPC).
• Strong grasp of target audience segmentation, customer journeys, and performance-oriented marketing strategies.
• Practical experience using and implementing project management (PM) and CRM systems to enhance workflows and client communications.
• Demonstrated success in leading intricate marketing projects from strategy and planning through to execution and optimization.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and performance KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions, with the ability to translate marketing strategies into actionable plans.
• A proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
