• Oversee a thorough understanding of all Marketing activities, including strategic initiatives, GTM programs, and ongoing operational tasks.

• Create marketing portfolio management processes that align capacity, priorities, and business objectives.

• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to prioritize tasks based on business impact, resource availability, and organizational goals.

• Identify dependencies, resource limitations, and execution risks across various teams.

• Direct and coordinate the execution of complex initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, and Partner/Channels.

• Develop scalable planning and execution processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

• Continuously assess and improve marketing workflows.

• Present initiatives through engaging presentations with compelling narratives.

• Create executive dashboards that offer insights into the marketing portfolio.

• Assist in quarterly planning and business reviews.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• MBA from a prestigious program.

• Over 7 years of experience in Strategy, Marketing Operations, or Program Management.

• Proven track record in managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional storytelling and presentation development skills.

• Experience collaborating with executive leadership.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities.

• Background in SaaS, technology, or digital marketing organizations, or top-tier Management Consulting firms.

• Experience in dynamic organizations and/or involvement in AI transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
