This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Oversee the marketing and business development initiatives at Stackmeister

• Discover new market and business prospects

• Conduct research on target industries, competitors, and potential partnerships

• Collaborate with the Business & Sales team to prepare presentation and proposal materials

• Manage and enhance our CRM database while analyzing essential metrics

• Assist in meetings with potential clients and support sales projects

• Contribute to both digital and offline marketing efforts (e.g., newsletters, social media, events)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Digital Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Over 3 years of experience in (business) development, sales, or marketing

• Experience in consulting within a Professional Services setting or at a SaaS company

• A strong interest in software and technology topics, with curiosity about digital transformation

• Experience or interest in community building

• Proficient in data analysis, with a structured approach to work and excellent communication skills

• Fluent in German and proficient in English

• Highly self-motivated with a desire to contribute to a growing team
