This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee the daily schedules of a marketing production team consisting of 6+ artists, ensuring an even distribution of workload and availability across multiple projects.
• Manage marketing production tasks from inception to completion, handling everything from brief creation to final delivery.
• Supervise, track, and oversee the production of 3D renders, as well as 3D/2D animated short clips and 2D illustrations.
• Organize and schedule designers, photographers, videographers, editors, and other specialists to meet campaign deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with licensing, brand, and merchandise managers regarding resource distribution and asset requests.
• Communicate objectives, milestones, and metrics to ensure alignment within the team.
• Identify obstacles and potential delays, collaborating with leadership to find solutions.
• Plan, develop, and continuously enhance marketing systems and workflows.
• Automate and optimize aspects of the marketing operations process.
• Recognize operational gaps and inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions.
• Organize completed assets and production records for easy retrieval and reporting.
• Plan marketing campaigns, photoshoots, creative brainstorming sessions, and requirements for banners/assets.
• Deconstruct campaigns and content initiatives into essential assets and schedule their delivery.
• Organize and facilitate planning meetings, document notes, and follow up on assigned action items.
• Proven experience in managing production schedules within a structured pipeline, such as 3D, 2D, or marketing production.
• Extensive experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including photoshoots, creative ideation, and asset management.
• Background in building or managing operational systems.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, capable of breaking down challenges and resolving them efficiently.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity or experience with arts, animation, gaming, and/or internet culture.
• Highly organized with a robust work ethic.
• An engaging personality and eagerness to learn.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for creation.
• Skills in conflict management and knowledge of mediation techniques.
• Experience with Airtable and Adobe Suite.
• Professional experience collaborating with creative teams, including designers, illustrators, photographers, videographers, animators, or other digital artists.
