Marketing Product Manager, Enabling Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead upstream product development efforts for Enovis’ ASTRA™ Enabling Technologies platform, with an emphasis on knee arthroplasty solutions.

• Convert surgeon feedback and clinical insights into product specifications and development priorities.

• Foster collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams from the initial concept to product launch.

• Perform market research, competitive assessments, and technology evaluations.

• Create and uphold product roadmaps and gap analyses.

• Define product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies alongside downstream marketing.

• Design training materials, sales resources, and technical documentation.

• Deliver product forecasts and assist in demand planning with operations and supply chain.

• Serve as a clinical and technical resource for sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

• Contribute to innovation, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in product marketing or equivalent experience in medical device sales.

• Strong preference for experience in upstream product development.

• More than 4 years of experience with navigation or robotic systems in knee arthroplasty.

• Profound understanding of surgical workflows and clinical requirements.

• High proficiency in digital tools.

• Capability to manage multiple intricate projects in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.

• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams.

• Experience working with global teams and adapting to diverse market needs.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally.

• Valid US passport or the ability to acquire one, with unrestricted travel capabilities within and outside the United States.

• Authorization to work full-time in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
