This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead upstream product development efforts for Enovis’ ASTRA™ Enabling Technologies platform, concentrating on knee arthroplasty solutions.
• Convert surgeon feedback and clinical insights into product specifications and development priorities.
• Foster collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams from concept to launch.
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and technology evaluations.
• Create and sustain product roadmaps and gap analyses.
• Influence product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies in conjunction with downstream marketing.
• Prepare training materials, sales tools, and technical documentation.
• Provide product forecasts and work with operations and supply chain on demand planning.
• Act as a clinical and technical resource for sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Assist in new product development, product launches, promotions, messaging, product line maintenance, production planning, training, and field sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or medical device sales.
• At least 3+ years of experience in medical device marketing or equivalent medical device sales.
• Strong preference for experience in upstream product development.
• Previous clinical exposure to or involvement in tech-enabled knee arthroplasty.
• High proficiency in digital tools.
• Experience with data analytics, software development platforms, or engineering is advantageous.
• Capability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear messaging.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams.
• Experience working with global teams and accommodating diverse market requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
• Valid US passport or the ability to obtain one, and unrestricted travel within and outside the United States.
