Marketing PMO Manager – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Manage and supervise all marketing and enablement initiatives from inception to completion

• Establish clear timelines, organize workflows, and ensure that milestones are achieved

• Foster alignment among various teams and stakeholders

• Provide weekly status reports to keep all parties updated

• Serve as the primary liaison for Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams

• Implement structured, user-friendly processes that enhance team efficiency

• Develop and optimize our operational framework (CRM, LMS, project management tools)

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or marketing operations

• Knowledge of marketing, enablement, or B2B settings

• Proficient in project management software

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous
