This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of data quality within our CRM ecosystem—conduct audits and rectify inconsistent or incomplete records, standardize fields, and implement ongoing hygiene checks to maintain clean data over time, rather than relying on a one-time solution.
• Oversee systems administration within our GTM stack: create and modify fields, manage picklists and object configurations, and troubleshoot integrations among tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Influ2, Default, and Clay.
• Manage the RevOps ticket queue related to data and systems: handle ownership and territory reassignments, clean up accounts and opportunities (e.g., merging duplicates), and process system access requests, among other tasks.
• Lead end-to-end campaign operations: develop new marketing initiatives from form creation to data cleanup and sequence automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to generate ad hoc reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support the team and various campaigns.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Practical administrative experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar Marketing Automation Platforms) covering fields, objects, workflows, and campaign configurations.
• Proven experience in building and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish, including forms, sequencing, and lifecycle automation.
• A keen attention to data quality—proficient in auditing, standardizing, and cleaning CRM data on a large scale.
• Familiarity with GTM tools such as Apollo, Influ2, Default, or Clay is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Meaningful in-person connections: company-wide offsites and smaller team gatherings designed to foster a personal touch in remote work.
• Technology and learning stipend: Conferences, books, courses—if you're interested, we’ll support them.
• Remote by design: We are a distributed team—no guilt about personal life events; we trust you to manage your schedule.
• Health and wellness benefits: Flexible vacation policies, a paid sabbatical after 5 years, comprehensive benefits, and a stipend to promote your physical and mental well-being.
• Compensation that reflects your contribution: competitive salaries in the company you’re helping to build.
• Equity with potential: We believe in shared ownership—you’ll have a real stake in a rapidly growing AI company.
