This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), which includes setting up campaigns, managing lead scoring, segmentation, and automating emails.

• Create and implement email marketing campaigns aimed at lead nurturing and customer retention, ensuring they align with sales strategies.

• Guarantee a seamless integration between Pardot and Salesforce for precise lead tracking and a smooth transition between marketing and sales teams.

• Establish and maintain analytics tracking across various platforms to ensure accurate data collection from all marketing sources (email, website, social media, ads).

• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards in Salesforce to deliver insights on essential metrics such as campaign performance, lead conversions, and customer journey analytics.

• Regularly review tracking setups to ensure consistency among Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce, and other tools for comprehensive reporting.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and the web, ensuring precise tracking and performance evaluation.

• Maintain a well-organized and strategically planned email marketing automation workflow in Pardot Engagement Studio to generate qualified demand for the sales team.

• Work alongside the content team to guarantee consistent messaging and attractive offers in email and digital campaigns.

• Manage and enhance the lead database, ensuring data accuracy, appropriate segmentation, and effective utilization of dynamic content within Pardot.

• Partner with the sales team and the outbound marketing specialist to synchronize lead generation and nurturing efforts, focusing on creating targeted lists for key industries and personas.

• Document all lead and account automated email outreach and marketing automation processes thoroughly.

• Continuously assess and suggest new marketing tools or integrations to improve marketing operations, reporting, and performance tracking.

• Keep abreast of updates in Pardot and Salesforce, applying best practices in marketing automation, lead scoring, and CRM processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, particularly with a strong emphasis on Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) and CRM systems.

• Proven experience in analytics tracking across digital channels, including website traffic, email marketing effectiveness, and conversion metrics.

• Familiarity with A/B testing techniques and tools to enhance campaign outcomes.

• Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce and Pardot.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, with the ability to generate dashboards and reports in Salesforce.

• Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation workflows, and UTM tracking configurations.

• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to deadlines.

• Expertise in Salesforce reports and dashboards for marketing analytics.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Kibana, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template modifications and troubleshooting.

• Experience in cross-platform attribution modeling and marketing ROI assessment.

• Familiarity with API usage is an advantage.

• Proficiency in database management and SQL.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
