Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of campaigns, reporting, lead management, and enhance operational efficiency within HICX’s marketing department.

• Facilitate seamless campaign operations by ensuring data is accurate and dependable.

• Aid in reporting and attribution processes, enhancing operational consistency across marketing systems.

• Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to ensure effective campaign execution.

• Uphold data integrity and consistency of campaigns within Salesforce.

• Implement email campaigns and support nurturing programs.

• Create and manage dashboards and reports in SFDC and other marketing platforms.

• Work in close partnership with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, CRM operations, or marketing automation.

• Proficient experience with Salesforce (SFDC).

• Background in supporting lead management and marketing pipeline processes.

• Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.

• Competent in creating reports, dashboards, and frameworks for campaign tracking.

• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.

• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing is preferred.
