This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and oversee daily marketing operations within HubSpot and integrated CRM systems.
• Set up and enhance marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and the execution of campaigns.
• Manage lead scoring, account scoring, source attribution, campaign taxonomy, and funnel tracking.
• Ensure data integrity through continuous data hygiene, governance of fields, management of lists, and documentation.
• Supervise and maintain integrations between HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other marketing technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations to guarantee smooth lead transitions and team alignment.
• Leverage ZoomInfo and additional data sources to pinpoint target accounts based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), firmographic, technographic, behavioral, and intent data.
• Assist in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts by creating targeted account lists and segmenting audiences.
• Work alongside marketing and sales teams to transform intent signals into actionable campaigns and pipeline opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies based on engagement and conversion metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that gauge marketing performance across the entire funnel, including:
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, lead quality, attribution, funnel velocity, and conversion trends.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports with actionable recommendations.
• Convert marketing data into strategic insights that promote business growth and informed decision-making.
• Create scalable processes for campaign execution, reporting, lead management, and sales follow-up.
• Enhance marketing-to-sales alignment through well-defined lifecycle definitions, SLAs, routing rules, and feedback mechanisms.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements in processes, technology, or data.
• Assist in establishing reporting standards and maintaining a single source of truth for marketing performance.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to enhance overall funnel performance.

• Proficiency in creating executive-ready dashboards, reports, and performance summaries.
• Experience in converting marketing metrics into actionable business insights.
• Comprehensive knowledge of lead management, lifecycle stages, attribution, campaign reporting, and funnel analytics.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Technical Skills
• Advanced expertise in HubSpot, covering:
• Experience with ZoomInfo or similar intent data platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.
• Strong reporting skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
