Marketing Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to enhance ongoing SEO initiatives.

• Execute basic updates to the website as necessary.

• Investigate industry trends and propose enhancements to marketing strategies.

• Monitor marketing KPIs and keep thorough reporting organized.

• Oversee internal programs such as Lunch and Learn sessions.

• Manage responses to low-quality or policy-violating reviews.

• Monitor and reply to reviews within specified timeframes.

• Participate in online communities while promoting a value-driven content strategy.

• Distribute press releases to boost brand visibility and enhance search presence.

• Prepare, format, and distribute newsletters, including content curation.

• Assist with additional marketing projects and tasks as assigned.

• Contribute to SEO initiatives, including keyword research and optimization.

• Publish and manage website content in accordance with established guidelines.

• Aid in the organization, scheduling, and publishing of podcasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of on-page and local SEO practices.

• Experience with CMS platforms.

• Excellent writing skills across diverse formats and channels.

• Ability to manage deadlines independently and reliably.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with managing Google Business Profiles or local listings is preferred.

• Background in event or program coordination is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

• Strong written communication skills across various formats.

• Capable of working independently while collaborating within a team.
