This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and oversee marketing performance dashboards that monitor KPIs across various campaigns, channels, websites, and stages of the funnel.
• Develop dependable attribution models that link top-of-funnel awareness efforts to pipeline and revenue generation.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports to key stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with finance and go-to-market teams to synchronize marketing metrics with sales and customer success metrics.
• Work alongside demand generation and digital teams to evaluate the effectiveness of paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and content campaigns.
• Spot opportunities to enhance ROI, conversion rates, and engagement by examining user behavior and campaign results.
• Suggest A/B testing strategies and assist in the implementation and analysis of outcomes.
• Track and report on full-funnel performance, from lead generation through to conversion and retention.
• Aid in identifying friction points and drop-offs in the customer journey using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
• Offer data-driven recommendations for optimizing nurture flows, landing pages, and sales enablement resources.
• Ensure accurate and consistent data across analytics platforms, CRM, and marketing automation systems, emphasizing data integrity in HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce.
• Collaborate with GTMOps to enhance data tracking infrastructure and event tagging.
• Assess new tools and technologies to facilitate data collection, visualization, and analysis.
• Partner with product marketing to align performance insights with messaging and positioning strategies.
• Team up with revenue and product teams to assist in go-to-market launches with baseline metrics and post-launch performance evaluations.
• Contribute to board-level and executive-level reporting by delivering accurate and impactful marketing data.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or revenue operations (experience in B2B SaaS or ecommerce is highly advantageous).
• At least 5 years of experience as a super user of HubSpot, along with familiarity with Salesforce. Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms is also preferred.
• Profound understanding of marketing funnels, attribution modeling, and the measurement of campaign performance.
• Strong SQL skills and/or experience working with marketing databases is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication skills — the ability to narrate a compelling story using data.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Bonus: Knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem, including Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
