Marketing Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provides support for reporting and operational functions within a growing Business Development Representative (BDR) team.

• Serves as the system administrator for productivity tools utilized by BDRs.

• Offers daily operational assistance to the head of BDR teams, including the monitoring and management of lead follow-ups.

• Identifies and resolves process and system issues that hinder prompt lead follow-ups and the accurate attribution of BDR performance.

• Collaborates with Marketing Automation and IT departments to resolve issues effectively.

• Documents BDR business processes, facilitates onboarding for new BDR hires, and provides ongoing training and enablement for BDRs.

• Conducts KPI reporting on BDR performance for weekly and quarterly business reviews, as well as for annual target setting.

• Assists with reporting and attribution related to Marketing Development Funds (MDF) campaigns.

• Manages the processing of MDF leads and oversees the bulk creation of campaigns in Salesforce (SFDC) for proper attribution.

• Works together with the Partner Marketing team, Marketing Automation, and IT to streamline and automate the processing of MDF leads.

• Collaborates with the partner marketing leader to establish a framework for measuring MDF effectiveness and deriving actionable insights for the return on investment (ROI) of MDF initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• At least ten years of relevant experience in marketing operations and/or sales operations.

• Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools is essential.

• Background in lead routing, BDR operations, and partner MDF operations is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with effective business partnering skills with stakeholders both within and outside of marketing.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
