This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take ownership of reporting across marketing funnels and lead generation channels.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), conversion rates, lead velocity, and conversion cycle duration.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and weekly reporting frameworks for executive leadership.
• Assess channel performance and proactively pinpoint inefficiencies or underperforming campaigns.
• Oversee lead flow, segmentation, attribution logic, and ensure campaign data accuracy.
• Assist in outbound marketing efforts, including cold calling, SMS, direct mail, referrals, and email outreach.
• Collaborate actively with marketing and CRM data to enhance visibility, reporting precision, and operational decision-making.
• Sustain CRM structure, pipeline integrity, and operational workflows.
• Enhance systems and automations to minimize manual labor and boost efficiency.
• Manage extensive datasets, including data cleaning, auditing, imports/exports, and organizational tasks.
• Develop scalable workflows and operational processes that align with company growth.
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for repeatable tasks.
• Oversee workflow and project management systems such as ClickUp or similar platforms.
• Supervise and manage remote team members, including virtual assistants, cold callers, lead managers, or operational staff.
• Establish KPI scorecards, reporting schedules, and accountability frameworks.
• Conduct weekly performance meetings and monitor operational metrics across various teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systematic solutions.
• Support performance management initiatives, including coaching and addressing underperformance.
• Act as a vital operational contact point for leadership.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar performance-oriented operational roles.
• Near-native proficiency in English (strong C1/C2 written and spoken).
• Solid hands-on experience working with marketing and operational KPIs, including CPL, CPA, ROI, attribution, funnel performance, and conversion metrics.
• Proven track record of handling marketing or CRM data, reporting, funnel analysis, and tracking campaign performance directly.
• Experience in owning performance outcomes, operational metrics, or marketing channels, rather than merely supporting reporting functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams with structured accountability systems, including KPIs, scorecards, reporting frameworks, or performance tracking processes.
• Experience in directly managing team performance and operational accountability.
• Advanced skills in Excel and strong comfort with large datasets (10K+ records).
• Excellent analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into operational decisions.
• Capability to work independently, create structure, and excel in fast-paced environments.
