This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of daily marketing automation workflows utilizing HubSpot and related marketing technologies.
• Design, enhance, and implement email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, segmentation strategies, lead scoring, and forms.
• Ensure high standards of CRM and marketing data integrity, maintaining accurate data flows across integrated platforms.
• Develop dashboards and reports to assess campaign performance, attribution, and marketing KPIs.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and suggest ongoing enhancements based on data insights.
• Experiment with and implement AI-driven marketing tools to enhance workflow efficiency, reporting, and campaign execution.
• Resolve issues related to campaigns, automation, and lead flows while documenting scalable best practices.
• Work collaboratively with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales Development, and other stakeholders to achieve successful campaigns.
• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or a comparable technical marketing position.
• Practical experience with HubSpot, including workflows, campaigns, segmentation, and lead scoring.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations (such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms).
• Strong analytical abilities with a background in creating reports, dashboards, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Knowledge of marketing technology, integrations, and data management.
• Fluent in business-level English (C1/C2).
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with various teams.
