This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the marketing measurement and operations function from scratch.
• Design and advance the martech stack, which includes assessing, selecting, implementing, and optimizing tools.
• Take ownership of the martech roadmap, integrations, vendor partnerships, and reporting systems.
• Track campaigns and programs throughout the funnel.
• Create attribution models linking marketing initiatives to pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
• Develop and sustain campaign, cross-channel, and full-funnel reporting.
• Empower Marketing and cross-functional leaders to make data-informed investment choices.
• Construct, test, and continually enhance nurture and lifecycle programs.
• Oversee segmentation, triggers, lead scoring, and A/B testing processes.
• Set data hygiene standards and governance protocols.
• Ensure dependable integrations between marketing systems and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Product on shared definitions and evaluation metrics.
• Transform marketing data into reliable business intelligence.
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, RevOps, demand generation operations, or a similar role.
• Direct ownership of reporting and campaign infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation, including campaign structures, reporting, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
• Experience in developing or enhancing multi-touch attribution, funnel measurement, lead scoring, pipeline reporting, and lead-to-revenue processes.
• Ability to work in a greenfield or highly ambiguous setting, managing tasks from strategy through execution.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with the capability to convert go-to-market inquiries into metrics, reporting, and actionable insights.
• SQL experience is highly desirable.
• Basic experience with Python or scripting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Snowflake, or BigQuery is highly desirable.
• Experience in B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or deep-tech marketing is highly desirable.
• Proven use of AI tools and automation is highly desirable.
• Candidates must not currently be part of foreign talent programs sponsored by China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must indicate whether company sponsorship or support is required to obtain or maintain a work visa or permit.
