This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of HubSpot workflows for email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
• Support the setup and quality assurance of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring precise targeting, tracking, and follow-through.
• Aid in scaling campaigns across diverse markets while ensuring personalization and relevance are maintained.
• Serve as the operational bridge between marketing and the BDR team, ensuring leads generated from campaigns are correctly routed and followed up on swiftly.
• Establish and manage lead routing rules and assignment workflows within HubSpot.
• Monitor lead flow and identify any gaps, delays, or data quality issues that may affect BDR outreach.
• Assist in onboarding BDRs on marketing tools and processes, including how to utilize sequences, track engagement, and log activities in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with BDRs and RevOps to ensure alignment on MQL definitions, qualification criteria, and handoff procedures.
• Support the planning and operational execution of industry events, conferences, and webinars attended or hosted by 73 Strings.
• Help manage pre-event logistics such as registration tracking, attendee list management, and HubSpot campaign setup for post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate post-event workflows, including uploading contact lists, initiating nurture sequences, and monitoring event-sourced pipeline in HubSpot.
• Evaluate event ROI by tracking pipeline and meetings generated from event participation.
• Act as a dependable operational partner to Sales, RevOps, and Finance by facilitating shared data, reporting, and process alignment.
• Work with RevOps to ensure that HubSpot data transitions smoothly between marketing and sales pipelines, and that attribution is recorded accurately.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform (HubSpot is highly preferred).
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or fintech environments is advantageous.
• Prior experience in supporting BDR or sales teams operationally is a plus.
