Marketing Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development of video creatives for performance campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Implementation of templates, automation, and AI tools in production.

• Collaboration with marketers and the creative team to generate ideas and enhance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in motion design for digital marketing.

• Proficient in utilizing and researching AI tools in design, with a strong command of most new tools (such as Veo3, Kling, Higgsfield, etc.).

• Strong expertise in the Adobe suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

• Knowledge of marketing metrics and principles of performance analytics.

• Additional advantage: Experience with Figma and CapCut.

• Participation in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborative idea development.
