This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversees both regional and global Marketing Mix initiatives for multi-country clients.
• Collaborates with clients to create and implement customized delivery procedures, governance structures, and reporting during program initiation and ongoing development.
• Leads the establishment of best practices within Circana Delivery teams to facilitate the global standardization of deliverables.
• Ensures uniformity across all deliverables while adhering to client program specifications.
• Offers expert guidance on complex or atypical scopes of work.
• Acts as the escalation point for Solution Delivery, managing conflict resolution as necessary.
• Supports and engages in critical client presentations by local teams.
• Works closely with Circana’s commercial counterpart (commercial client Mix lead).
• Identifies significant risks and suggests strategies for mitigation.
• Collaborates with Solutions Delivery teams to standardize processes and deliverables.
• Initiates and drives automation projects and the creation of new deliverables.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to enhance delivery and boost efficiency.
• Manages the execution of intricate Marketing Mix projects while delivering insights to clients.
• Participates in or leads Proof of Concept Marketing Mix projects (e.g., new industries, data, approaches, etc.).
• Assists the team manager in the Solutions Design team to promote the continuous enhancement of deliverables for Marketing Mix solutions and programs, fostering collaboration with Circana’s Commercial and Product partners (including Data Science).
• May perform or coordinate meta-analyses to derive regional or global insights.
• Seasoned Marketing Mix professional with over 7 years of demonstrated expertise.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge (technical and insight-related) of Marketing Mix and a problem-solving approach.
• Capable of directly managing high-visibility or complex projects as necessary.
• Self-driven with a collaborative mindset and a strong team-oriented approach.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related scientific field.
• Exhibits an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
• Experience in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with Circana's Media solutions portfolio is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of product ecosystem interactions.
• Detailed knowledge of the Company’s processes.
