This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee regional and global Marketing Mix initiatives (multi-country Marketing Mix client)
• Collaborate with clients to create and execute customized delivery processes, governance frameworks, and reporting throughout program initiation and ongoing development
• Lead the establishment of best practices within Circana Delivery teams to facilitate the global standardization of deliverables
• Responsible for maintaining consistency across all projects and ensuring compliance with client program guidelines
• Offer guidance on complex or atypical scopes
• Act as the escalation point for Solution Delivery, managing conflict resolution as necessary
• Assist and engage in critical client presentations within local teams
• Work closely with Circana’s commercial counterpart (commercial client Mix lead)
• Identify significant risks and suggest mitigation strategies
• Represent Solution Delivery in regional, global, and complex Marketing Mix presentations
• Advise on approaches to RPF’s technical inquiries
• Support pricing structures (understanding cost frameworks)
• Translate technical Marketing Mix concepts for both expert and non-expert audiences
• Coordinate with commercial and Product (and data Science) teams to promote continuous enhancement of deliverables for Marketing Mix solutions and programs in a scalable way
• Identify Marketing Mix capability gaps from the client's viewpoint and propose solutions, including driving the design and enhancement of new features
• Define and suggest UAT criteria for newly developed features
• Collaborate with Solutions Delivery teams to standardize processes and outputs
• Propose and spearhead automation initiatives and the development of new deliverables
• Actively seek opportunities to scale delivery and enhance efficiency
• Lead Proof of Concept Marketing Mix projects (e.g., new industries, new data, new methodologies, etc.)
• May be required to conduct or coordinate Meta analyses to derive regional/global insights
• Seasoned Marketing Mix professional with over 10 years of demonstrated experience
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field of Science
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions
• Exhibits a thorough understanding (both technical and insights-related) of Marketing Mix with a problem-solving approach
• Capable of taking direct project management of high visibility/complexity projects as needed
