Marketing Material & Literature Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete marketing literature approval process (ECO) for all EMEA submissions.

• Manage ECO approval workflows for marketing literature, collaborating with Marketing, Legal, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, high-quality, and timely execution through a structured multi-step review process.

• Track workflow execution across stakeholders and systems, proactively addressing bottlenecks to ensure a seamless end-to-end process.

• Coordinate the ordering and management of marketing materials across EMEA with 3PL partners, covering inventory, forecasting, procurement, logistics, and demo materials operations (shipping, tracking, inventory control).

• Maintain and support essential systems (SAP, Sales Portal, Veeva, ordering tools), including user assistance, operational coordination, and documentation management.

• Ensure consistency, compliance, and ongoing improvement through structured documentation and material handling governance.

• Assist in cross-functional operations, including vendor/3PL coordination, product launches and discontinuations, and occasional on-site support for vendor-related or customer-facing events (KPI reviews, customer/event assistance); serve as backup for the Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator.


⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Communication (MARCOM), Marketing Coordination, or similar process-driven roles.

• Significant experience in structured, compliance-focused, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented approach to work.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Veeva, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Proficient English communication skills; proficiency in German is a plus.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (~10%) and handle light physical tasks (up to 10kg).
