
Marketing Manager – Patient Access, Retail Copay Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily operations, program execution, vendor management, and material development for Retail Copay Programs.
• Ensure operational efficiency and standardization of copay programs, maintain business rules, and implement enhancements to the programs.
• Collaborate with the copay administrative vendor through meetings, reports, and communications to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business rules.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining program documentation, including manuals, business rules, asset lists, and architecture diagrams.
• Supervise technical teams on updates related to copay websites, forms, integrations, and data management.
• Create and implement communications, training materials, and other resources for patients and healthcare professionals in collaboration with the Brand.
• Partner with the Retail Call Center Manager to align copay programs with call center operations.
• Provide guidance to the Retail Channel lead, ensuring copay program management is in sync with brand strategies.
• Collaborate across functions to guarantee compliant governance, seamless execution, and access to data and analytics.
• Formulate patient affordability strategies, achieve goals and priorities, and measure and track success.
• Assess the broader Patient Support Program (PSP) portfolio for potential opportunities and standardization.
• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree with 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or business in a role related to a Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of such experience OR Associate’s Degree with 8 years of such experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of such experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working closely with marketing, compliance, a healthcare company, or related fields.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management abilities, including leading projects from inception to completion in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, active listening, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in customer service or call center operations.
• Background in copay or patient support programs.
• Confidence in working with various levels of staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation capabilities.
• Experience in participating in or leading cross-functional project teams.
• Proven track record of working with key internal or external partners and guiding teams toward timelines and targets.
• Experience in critically evaluating processes and devising creative solutions.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to influence others while promoting a value-based, high-performance, and equitable environment.
