This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee partner marketing initiatives, including announcements, product launches, enablement, case studies, collateral, events, and communications with partners.
• Develop and sustain partner-oriented materials such as one-pagers, presentations, sales resources, training content, case studies, and 3PL collateral.
• Manage the complete process of case study creation, involving interviews, drafting, approvals, and promotion.
• Organize and support partner events and experiences, encompassing industry gatherings, partner dinners, hub tours, customer visits, and meetings with retailers.
• Assist in partner and retailer discussions by providing presentations, enablement materials, tours, and customer-facing content that convey the value of Happy Returns.
• Create and oversee partner training and enablement programs, which include educational resources, scripts, and ongoing updates to content.
• Drive continuous enhancements to the partner website, ensuring that content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Discover innovative opportunities and channels to relay partner updates, insights, and initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of marketing experience, excluding internships.
• Proficient in presenting information and facilitating discussions with partners, retailers, and external audiences in both virtual and in-person formats.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication capabilities.
• Experience in creating marketing materials, sales enablement resources, partner-facing content, presentations, or web content.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional marketing projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to distill complex products, features, and initiatives into clear, engaging, and easily comprehensible content.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, logistics, retail, SaaS, and/or supply chain sectors.
• Proficiency in ChatGPT, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for partner meetings, events, retailer visits, hub tours, and conferences.
