
Marketing Manager, Partner & Demand Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Collaborate on Marketing and Content Development (Thought Leadership)
• Establish and oversee co-marketing initiatives with Igloo's integration partners and system integrators throughout the US
• Create joint content, campaigns, and initiatives that enhance mutual visibility and drive qualified leads
• Involve partners in podcast features, co-authored content, and community collaborations
• Maintain a partner marketing calendar to ensure consistent output across all partner channels
• Develop monthly content themes and subtopic pillars aligned with our demand generation strategy targeting multifamily operators and unmanned rental managers
• Produce insightful, opinionated thought leadership content that conveys a strong industry perspective — steering clear of generic educational material
• Dark Social & Community Engagement
• Build and manage Igloo’s presence across our social media platforms, LinkedIn groups, and YouTube communities
• Launch and expand Igloo's podcast and YouTube channel from inception
• Identify where multifamily buyers are most active online and position Igloo as a trusted, recognized authority in those areas
• SEO, Keyword Research & AEO
• Conduct continuous keyword research to uncover high-value topics and search terms relevant to multifamily access control and PropTech
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility on a monthly basis and adjust content strategy as needed
• Measurement & Revenue Integration
• Track all content and channel performance against the Igloo Market Presence & Revenue Impact Tracker
• Provide monthly reports on branded search growth, content engagement, inbound SQL contribution, and self-reported attribution
• Collaborate closely with sales to understand SQL quality and closed-won trends, feeding insights back into the content strategy
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn organic content strategy and dark social distribution
• Proficiency in storyboarding and creative direction for video and podcast content
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing content channels — such as blogs, podcasts, YouTube, or community forums
• Strong skills in Marketing AI workflows, including leveraging LLMs to automate marketing tasks
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM for tracking content attribution and pipeline contributions
• Exceptional written English skills — content will be consumed by US property managers and PropTech leaders
• Comfortable working remotely and engaging with senior stakeholders across various time zones.
