Marketing Manager – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• We are seeking a versatile marketing professional to further enhance our brands, possessing expertise in both strategy and execution.

• Strategy & direction — collaboratively advancing our marketing strategy alongside management.

• Setting objectives and developing comprehensive cross-channel reporting.

• Incorporating AI-driven solutions to improve content and streamline processes.

• Planning and executing our social media initiatives on LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Crafting expert articles, blog posts, and press releases.

• (Further) development and execution of our newsletter strategy.

• Collaborating with HR to cultivate our employer brand.

• Overseeing and enhancing the content of our websites.

• Conceptualizing, managing, and monitoring Google Ads campaigns.

• Analyzing all marketing channels and identifying optimization strategies.

• Providing marketing support for events, including content, communication, and design.

• Developing digital marketing materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed (Master's) degree focused on Marketing, E‑Business, Media, or a related discipline, demonstrating above-average academic achievements.

• Preferred relevant professional experience in marketing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly in Illustrator and Photoshop.

• A high level of initiative paired with a detail-oriented working style.

• A confident, authentic presence complemented by a communicative personality.

• Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
