This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for the marketing and go-to-market strategy of our monday.com business unit.
• Enhance positioning, messaging, and value proposition tailored for various target audiences and use cases.
• Design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, which include budget management, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization.
• Create and oversee targeted content across essential channels, including the website, social media, newsletters, webinars, and sales enablement materials.
• Independently strategize and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting, and monday.com to identify market opportunities and develop joint growth initiatives.
• Several years of experience in B2B marketing for software, SaaS, or IT solutions.
• Proven success in marketing complex or technical software solutions, whether on the vendor, partner, or agency side.
• Experience in formulating go-to-market strategies and planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong comprehension of IT decision-makers’ requirements, modern B2B customer journeys, and data-driven marketing practices.
• Proficient in using marketing and CRM tools such as CleverReach, Google Analytics, or similar solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter with the capability to independently develop and drive initiatives.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
