This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the marketing strategies for the International Mobile Top Up (IMTU) product line, including the execution and assessment of CRM initiatives such as SMS alerts, email campaigns, and in-app push notifications.
• Manage the execution and evaluation of programs aimed at increasing new customer acquisition, including initiatives like Refer a Friend, community events, and social media outreach.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on the International Mobile Top Up sector in the USA/Canada and other global markets.
• Direct the development of creative assets for campaigns in collaboration with designers and agencies.
• Analyze and monitor data related to international mobile top-up services, proposing actionable strategies to enhance business growth.
• Work closely with product and sales teams to successfully launch and promote new or upgraded products.
• Conduct surveys as needed to gain insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Oversee and track the marketing budget.
• Create presentations that illustrate campaign outcomes, business analyses, and more.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in mobile top-up or money transfer services within the US and international markets.
• Experience in B2C digital marketing.
• A degree in Marketing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish – fluent in English.
• High energy and a strong desire to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Exceptional skills in project management, organization, communication, and interpersonal relations.
• In-depth knowledge of digital and creative marketing along with strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in the money transfer or financial services industry, preferably in marketing or digital roles, with international exposure.
• Experience working for a mobile carrier is a bonus.
