This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Strategize and implement internal campaigns across various channels, overseeing the entire process from the initial brief to final delivery, while taking full responsibility for timelines and results.
• Independently produce multi-format content, including copy, graphics, and short-form videos, without the need for a dedicated creative team.
• Actively and strategically utilize AI tools to expedite production, improve quality, and increase content output.
• Formulate messaging strategies focused on adoption that guide users from awareness to behavior change, rather than merely creating awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance and refine approaches based on data insights, continuously optimizing what works.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing, internal communications, product marketing, or a closely related discipline.
• Established experience in internal communications, product marketing, change management, or a closely related role.
• Exceptional written and visual communication abilities across both long-form and short-form formats.
• A versatile creative who can conceptualize, design, write, and deliver without reliance on a team.
• Naturally focused on adoption, understanding that a great product is unsuccessful if it lacks users.
