Marketing Manager – Iberia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute Shift4’s marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal, ensuring alignment with the broader European strategy.

• Tailor and implement regional digital and lead generation campaigns that resonate with the Spanish market.

• Modify Shift4's branding, messaging, and content to align with local market demands while maintaining brand consistency across all Southern Europe interactions.

• Produce blog articles, email marketing content, and social media posts aimed at Southern European audiences.

• Assist in event marketing, including trade shows and partner gatherings.

• Oversee public relations activities and manage agency partnerships.

• Collaborate with the Southern European Commercial Teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

• Establish strong coordination with Product Marketing to guarantee timely and accurate communication of product features, updates, and launches to the market.

• Provide Iberian resellers with access to tailored sales materials and resources.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to guide strategic decisions.

• Manage the marketing budget for Southern Europe, monitor KPIs, and enhance marketing efforts for optimal ROI.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B and/or technology sectors.

• Proven experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable strategies.

• Experience in a matrixed, international organization.

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish and fluent in English is essential. Knowledge of Portuguese, Italian, or an additional language is a bonus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in payments, point of sale, or FinTech is advantageous.
