This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Take ownership of and propel the downstream marketing strategy and execution for the customer segment of genetics experts, concentrating on MyRisk and RiskScore products.
• Collaborate on and convert established positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions into downstream creative content, collateral, and campaigns across owned, earned, and paid platforms.
• Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive downstream marketing plans that encompass the entire funnel, including awareness, education/nurture, and conversion stages.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, Sales, Corporate Communications, and Medical Affairs to guarantee field readiness and successful adoption.
• Collect and synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends within the genetic expert practices to guide downstream strategy and activation.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, biology, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proven experience in launching healthcare products with responsibility for downstream marketing implementation.
• Experience in the genetics/genomics, oncology, or diagnostics sectors is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to translate intricate clinical and scientific concepts into clear and engaging marketing materials.
• Experience collaborating across functions in a regulated healthcare environment.
