This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement localized event marketing initiatives in designated markets

• Adapt Global Strategy to local contexts

• Transform global audience strategies into campaigns tailored for specific markets

• Customize messaging and placements by audience persona, channel, and timing

• Encourage ticket sales and attendance while maintaining budget efficiency

• Oversee Paid Media Execution

• Negotiate and secure local media placements (OOH, digital, audio, print)

• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across various platforms

• Ensure that creative content aligns with global branding while resonating locally

• Quickly identify underperforming areas and make real-time adjustments

• Build Local Partnerships

• Source and manage relationships with vendors, media partners, and collaborators

• Broaden reach through strategic alliances

• Set clear expectations and guarantee high-quality representation of the brand

• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment

• Serve as a liaison between global marketing, programming, and operations

• Manage timelines and prioritize competing tasks across teams

• Bring market insights to light and identify risks early

• Ensure seamless execution without delays caused by dependencies

• Optimize Performance & ROI

• Track and report on all local marketing initiatives

• Aim for strong ROAS in ticket sales

• Scale successful channels and shift away from those that underperform

• Provide insights to enhance future campaign strategies


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or event marketing

• Proven expertise in negotiating, securing, and assessing advertising placements across various channels and platforms

• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar), Google Analytics, Meta Business/Ad Manager, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana)

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools and platforms

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• A self-motivated individual and effective problem-solver

• A collaborative team player

• A genuine enthusiasm for the arts, community events, and culture

• Willingness to travel on select dates throughout the year for on-site presence at Fairs (typically 4–5 days at a time, up to 4 times a year)
