This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Collaborate with fellow content marketers to establish a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand, demand, and go-to-market objectives.
• Create and manage a detailed content calendar encompassing both owned and partner channels.
• Identify content themes that further business objectives.
• Transform audience insights and market trends into engaging, unique content concepts.
• Synchronize content plans with product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal activities.
• Produce and oversee high-quality content across various formats, including blogs, articles, ebooks, white papers, case studies, videos, and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external writers, agencies, and subject-matter experts to craft audience-specific content.
• Ensure that content is aligned with the brand, focused on the audience, and optimized for clarity and impact.
• Refine and enhance content to adhere to quality, voice, and storytelling standards.
• Work alongside Demand and Growth teams to bolster acquisition, nurturing, and conversion initiatives.
• Create content tailored to buyer journeys, personas, and various stages of the sales funnel.
• Aid in account-based marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
• Equip Sales and Customer teams with relevant and engaging content to support pipeline development and customer retention.
• Seek opportunities to reformat content in innovative ways and utilize a blend of skills, tools, and partners to create, amplify, and disseminate content.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and SEO teams to enhance content for discoverability and performance.
• Employ data and insights to assess content effectiveness and perpetually enhance outcomes.
• Monitor and report on critical content metrics such as engagement, conversion, and impact on the pipeline.
• Experiment with new formats, channels, and storytelling techniques to maximize impact.
• Act as a content thought partner to Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Lead the workflows for content distribution.
• Provide advice and feedback to fellow marketers or contributors.
• Ensure consistency between content, brand voice, and messaging throughout the organization.
• Advocate for content as a strategic growth tool within marketing and the broader business.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, publishing, or storytelling roles.
• Proficient in developing and executing content strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Advanced writing and editing skills with the ability to adjust tone across different formats and audiences.
• Strong knowledge of digital content, SEO principles, and content distribution methods.
• Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Preference for experience in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or complex buying contexts.
• Familiarity with content performance analytics and marketing automation tools is preferred.
• Experience in supporting demand generation or product marketing efforts is a plus.
• Proficient with Adobe or Canva for basic design tasks.
• Ability to manage video editing and perform basic video editing tasks.
