This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and implement the French brand and marketing strategy by integrating global direction with local consumer insights.
• Establish the marketing activation calendar and oversee the planning and execution of 360° campaigns across all pertinent functions.
• Assist in defining the local product portfolio focus according to market demands and opportunities.
• Spearhead integrated brand campaigns by briefing assets that are compliant with brand standards and tailored for the Italian audience.
• Oversee agencies selected by TQG to ensure prompt and high-quality execution of campaigns.
• Monitor key brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) and campaign performance to facilitate ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate across teams to provide a consistent, engaging brand experience across all D2C and retailer channels.
• Lead retail media and shopper marketing initiatives with prominent Italian retailers to ensure a robust brand presence both online and in-store.
• Serve as the custodian of the French brand, ensuring uniformity in tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers and other teams to synchronize marketing efforts with market objectives.
• Remain vigilant to competitors, trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in Consumer Products, preferably within a large CPG organization.
• Extensive knowledge in brand development, integrated campaigns, and consumer marketing with a focus on the French market.
• Practical experience in D2C environments, French retail media networks, and shopper activation.
• Capability to create impactful, consistent digital consumer journeys.
• Strategic and creative thinker who flourishes in dynamic, matrixed environments.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using MS Office, digital marketing tools, and performance analytics to inform decisions.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
