This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with our RevOps team to ensure the maintenance of clean and actionable data across our diagnostics marketing and sales systems.
• Establish tagging structures and workflows that enhance our team's efficiency.
• Oversee the marketing attribution model across various touchpoints.
• Manage daily operations within our CRM, including email campaigns, workflows, lead tracking, and list management.
• Update and maintain Diagnostic-specific pages on our website (Framer CMS) while coordinating with internal designers for content refreshes.
• Create and oversee an editorial calendar to enhance our LinkedIn presence, with plans for expansion to other platforms.
• Monitor significant awareness days, research milestones, and cultural moments to ensure our content remains relevant.
• Manage digital campaigns encompassing copy creation, design, UTM tracking, vendor management, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with in-house designers to create engaging visuals, animations, and data storytelling.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials tailored for sleep physicians, neurologists, and PCPs.
• Assist in cross-functional project coordination by managing Asana boards and facilitating internal marketing communications.
• Create and manage ideal customer profiles (ICPs) with focused messaging and value propositions for each.
• Take ownership of our conference calendar from opportunity identification to post-event ROI analysis.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration, booth materials, swag, vendor communication, and budget tracking.
• Formulate pre- and post-event outreach strategies, including attendee targeting and follow-up campaigns.
• Manage deadlines for scientific content submissions (abstracts, posters) and amplify social engagement around events.
• Identify award opportunities and oversee submissions from application to announcement.
• Research and secure podcast and speaking opportunities for our subject matter experts.
• Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Analytics.
• Extensive expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience in the medical device and diagnostics marketing field.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated promotional content and compliance review processes.
• Proficient with Framer, Webflow, or similar no-code CMS platforms.
• Background in supporting a dual or multi-audience brand.
• Basic design literacy and experience in providing feedback on marketing materials.
