• Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with client revenue objectives.
• Create scalable marketing systems that encompass full-funnel processes, including awareness, acquisition, nurturing, and conversion.
• Design and execute integrated inbound and outbound campaigns to enhance qualified pipeline growth.
• Utilize AI tools and marketing technologies to boost campaign efficiency and speed.
• Plan and carry out multi-channel campaigns across various digital platforms, including LinkedIn performance marketing.
• Develop high-converting lead magnets such as reports, whitepapers, and industry insights.
• Execute **account-based marketing (ABM/ABMS)** strategies aimed at high-value prospects.
• Establish structured sales prospecting and lead nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with content teams to transform thought leadership into revenue-generating resources.
• Maintain close alignment with sales, recruitment, and business development teams.
• Work alongside subject matter experts and external partners to implement campaigns.
• Construct and optimize marketing automation workflows and nurturing sequences.
• Effectively manage CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Continuously improve landing pages, funnels, and overall campaign performance.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, including pipeline contribution, lead volume, and ROI.
• Track cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
• Leverage data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance.
• Over 8 years of experience in **B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing**.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling demand generation engines that result in revenue growth.
• Strong proficiency in **account-based marketing (ABM/ABMS)**.
• Experience in **technology, consulting, or professional services sectors**.
• In-depth understanding of B2B buyer journeys and multi-touch marketing funnels.
• Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
