This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Indian market, including local examination systems and educational framework.
• Tailor global messaging to fit local cultural and linguistic contexts, ensuring relevance to the needs and behaviors of the Indian audience.
• Design and implement multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, utilizing pertinent channels (such as Meta and WhatsApp) in the region.
• Track and enhance campaigns, employing data to foster continuous improvement in acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
• Manage projects from start to finish and collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and establish scalable best practices throughout India.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital marketing within the Indian market.
• Solid grasp of multichannel marketing strategies (WhatsApp, CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media).
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.
• Analytical mindset capable of working with limited data to create and implement effective marketing initiatives.
• Comfortable balancing strategic and operational tasks, with a strong drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable business partner always seeking solutions and opportunities for improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey information clearly to various stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Proficient in English and Hindi; proficiency in any additional Indian language is an advantage.
