This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate channel-specific strategies for clients
• Conduct email outreach
• Compose emails
• Create email sequences utilizing Apollo or similar platforms
• Execute technical email configurations to enhance deliverability
• Utilize AI to filter and tailor contacts
• Evaluate and enhance email sequences
• Manage Google Ads campaigns
• Perform keyword analyses for SEA (paid search)
• Plan, initiate, optimize, and assess SEA campaigns
• Write compelling ad copy
• Generate reports
• Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Develop website concepts
• Produce analytical reports
• Optimize user funnels and conversions (conceptual, non-development)
• Analyze user behavior on the website
• Enhance landing pages and website for better conversion rates
• Draft designs for landing pages
• Improve the user funnel to increase conversions
• Advance marketing channels
• Recognize new trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with the project manager
• Compile reports, analyses, and documentation
• Occasionally provide customer support by participating in client meetings
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in online marketing
• Proficient in digital tools and platforms
• Possess a proactive and analytical mindset with solution-oriented thinking
• Eager to learn and quickly adapt to new topics
• Open, approachable, and possess strong communication skills
• Reliable with a focus on detail-oriented work
• Strong affinity for IT
• Proficient in German: ideally at C1 level; if at B2, we will cover the cost of your course to further your learning
• Business-level proficiency in English
