This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will develop and oversee outbound and email campaigns in the backend for our clients – you are the driving force behind effective sequences that convert leads into meaningful conversations.
• You will create campaigns informed by buyer personas, positioning, and unique selling propositions (USPs), translating them into clear and persuasive messaging strategies.
• You will compose impactful outbound copy (cold emails, follow-ups, and sequences) with a keen focus on open rates, responses, and conversions.
• You will take complete ownership of your campaigns: setup, testing, KPI tracking, analysis, and ongoing optimization.
• You will collaborate closely with account managers to refine offers, messaging, and campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
• You will operate entirely in the backend without direct client interaction – your primary focus will be on copy, structure, testing, and scaling.
• You possess some experience in outbound or email marketing or are familiar with relevant tools and eager to grow in this domain.
• You excel in copywriting and recognize how compelling email copy can capture attention and elicit responses.
• You have a strong understanding of offer development and how messaging and offers work together to enhance conversion rates.
• You think analytically, are data-driven, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs rather than intuition.
• You are inquisitive, enjoy experimenting with new tools, and are comfortable handling complex setups.
• You work autonomously, are organized, and take accountability for your outcomes.
• Formal education is not a priority for us – what matters are your skills, proficiency with tools, and demonstrable or recognizable success in outbound marketing.
