This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will create and take ownership of our comprehensive cross-channel B2B marketing strategy throughout the entire customer journey.
• You will design, manage, and enhance marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and qualification, utilizing formats such as webinars, events, and other initiatives.
• You will develop and refine our marketing funnels, guiding prospects from initial outreach to final conversion.
• You will generate and manage content for our website, landing pages, LinkedIn presence, and email campaigns.
• You will strategically leverage references, case studies, and showcases for effective positioning and lead generation.
• You will oversee the tracking and analysis of your activities' performance, enabling you to derive data-driven optimizations and continuously enhance our KPIs.
• You will collaborate closely with our sales team to transform leads into qualified opportunities.
• You will utilize HubSpot as the primary tool for campaign planning, automation, and performance evaluation.
• You will strategically implement AI to streamline processes and enhance the quality of your marketing initiatives.
• You possess several years of experience in B2B marketing within a digital landscape, ideally in an agency or tech/digital setting.
• You have a solid understanding of lead generation and how marketing funnels operate in B2B contexts.
• You approach tasks with a campaign and KPI mindset, favoring data-driven decision-making.
• You have experience in creating content across various channels, particularly LinkedIn, websites, and email.
• You are knowledgeable about performance marketing and have ideally managed campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• You have experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
• You understand how modern AI tools can be effectively utilized in day-to-day operations.
• You have a keen interest in digital products, trends, and business models, along with a solid understanding of our target audience.
• You work independently, are organized, and proactively contribute your own ideas.
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating closely with teams such as Sales or Consulting.
• Your proficiency in German is at a native level.
