This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development of online and offline marketing channels and strategies to strengthen and expand the DACH market.
• Hands-on management of social media and content channels (from brainstorming to creation and posting).
• Identification of trends and opportunities, with prompt reactions to them.
• Coordination of processes for planning, creating, and delivering content for our product and marketing channels.
• Development and implementation of an integrated, data-driven content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and channel requirements.
• Identification of growth levers and optimization opportunities through rigorous and systematic campaign analyses.
• Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce context.
• Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and organized work habits.
• Proficiency with common online marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
• A high affinity for online platforms.
• Strong conceptual skills with a keen sense of language, messaging, and design.
• Knowledge and experience in applying data-driven attribution methodologies.
• Excellent command of both German and English.
• Active content creator, particularly for TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram (nice to have).
