This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Work alongside the national marketing team to create actionable campaigns, which involves drafting briefs to guide the creation of daily creative assets featuring key images and messaging.
• Coordinate with the hub sales team and production team to ensure alignment on the timing of new product launches, restocks of current products, and overall product mix strategy.
• Develop, implement, and assess marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Organize market planning and execution with sales and marketing stakeholders to create marketing event and program calendars aimed at enhancing awareness, driving engagement, generating leads, and supporting conversion rates.
• Assist national and hub initiatives to achieve business objectives and foster brand loyalty.
• Produce and maintain a marketing calendar (in collaboration with other hub marketing members) that encompasses product launches, local activations, paid/earned media, and additional support for campaigns.
• Investigate and formulate perspectives on local market opportunities and buying trends by evaluating current and prospective customers, alongside analyzing relevant competitors.
• Oversee the local marketing budget, conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analyses; report results and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams, adjusting strategies based on the findings.
• Collaborate and exchange best practices, lessons learned, and post-recaps with the Regional Marketing team during weekly calls.
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partners.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing; experience in retail marketing is an advantage.
• A proven history of building valuable partnerships with sales teams and assisting them in achieving their quotas through customized and personalized marketing strategies and tactics.
• Demonstrated experience in executing marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategies. Previous experience in managing events and marketing campaigns is essential.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, event planning, out-of-home media, and other advertising platforms.
• Capability to plan, execute, and analyze a comprehensive marketing strategy, incorporating paid, earned, and owned media.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; adept at multitasking and managing time effectively.
• Competence in handling multiple tasks and collaborating effectively with a variety of internal and external business partners; must be able to work cross-functionally with internal sales and operations teams to successfully generate, execute, and report on marketing programs.
• Proficient in engaging with various levels of stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail; proven ability for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clear driving record.
• Required to successfully pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Should possess the mental and physical capabilities necessary to perform job responsibilities.
